Cancellation of orders

You can cancel at any time before your order is processed. This is within 24 hours after you place your order. Once it is processed it cannot be cancelled. You will receive an email explaining your shipping confirmation and the tracking information.
B-Gul has the authority to cancel your order at any time for the following reasons: Item is out of stock, pricing error, payment declined by the issuing financial institution
