Exchange and refunds policies:

• Our company’s policy is that any product bought from B-Gul can only be exchanged or refunded provided that the product has to be unused and still has the tag and label in its original state. An exchange or refund can only be accepted if the product we have sent is faulty/damaged or the incorrect article.
• The incorrect order will have to be dispatched back before the correct order can be sent.
• Exchange and refund policy is only liable within 2 working days after the product has been delivered. After that unfortunately we cannot help you.
